What this document is
This station collects documents proving that your situation matches one of the cases described by Immigration's emergency measure for Myanmar nationals. The suggested documents change based on the previous station.
What it must show
- Shows the applicant's name or identifiable information
- Shows the company/school/training site/supervising organization if relevant
- Clearly shows why or when the activity ended/will end
- For company-side reasons, it should show that the reason is not attributable to the applicant
Where to get it
Depending on the case: the company, training site, supervising organization, school, or the office holding the contract/certificate.
How to get it
- Complete the 'Understand the measure' station first
- Check the suggested proof documents for the selected case
- Upload/photograph the page showing name, term, reason for ending, or relevant confirmation
- If there are multiple supporting documents, combine them into a PDF or upload the main proof first
