What it must show
- Prepared by the Japan side
- ⚠️ Every day filled, no gaps — a rest day still needs a line such as “resting at the inviter's home”
- Write concrete daily plans
- Arrival/departure dates must match flight reservations
- Include the home or hotel details
How to get it
- Fill the applicant name
- Write arrival on row 1
- Write concrete plans in the middle rows
- Write departure on the last row
- Download the filled MOFA PDF

Do not buy the actual ticket before the visa is issued; a flight reservation or schedule is enough.
