Proves you paid pension IN FULL and ON TIME for the last 2 years. This is an item the Bureau has scrutinized VERY strictly recently.
What it must show
- Pension records (nenkin): the periodic notice / printout from nenkin-net / receipts
- A full 24 months, with NO late months
Where to get it
The pension office (nenkin-jimusho) or nenkin-net. If through the company (social insurance), request it from HR.
How to get it
- Through the company: get confirmation from HR
- Self-paid: request it at the pension office / city hall
- Print out the full last 2 years

Even a single late payment can be judged negatively — prepare this item most carefully.
