What this document is
The MOFA letter of reason for invitation, written by the inviter in Japan.
What it must show
- Write it in Japanese and sign as the inviter
- Keep it consistent with the schedule and the guarantee letter
- If sections 1-2 do not fit, write 「別紙のとおり」 and attach a sheet
- If inviter = guarantor, 「省略」 is allowed
How to get it
- Fill the embassy country/city
- Fill your address, name and phone
- Fill the applicant's passport details
- Write the three Japanese sections
- Download the filled PDF, print and sign it
