What this document is
This is the document Immigration uses to see where you ACTUALLY work and what you actually do — Engineer status is judged on the real job, not on the dispatch agency's name.
What it must show
- Name + address of the host company (派遣先)
- Job description — must be technical / office work
- Dispatch period (from … to …)
- The supervising officer · the person in charge at each company
- Both company names + their seals
Where to get it
The dispatch agency (派遣元) keeps the original — ask them for a copy.
Notes
The job description here must MATCH your employment contract and your letter of reasons. Any mismatch will be questioned.
