What this document is
This set answers Immigration's question: “what kind of company is the host, and what does this person actually do there?”. Without it a dispatch application is almost certain to get a request for additional documents (追加資料).
What it must show
- A profile of the host company (a pamphlet or a printout of its website is fine)
- A job description: what you do, what tools/languages/systems you use, which department
- Make the link to your academic major explicit
Where to get it
Request via the dispatch agency; the agency obtains it from the host company.
How to get it
- Ask the agency for the host's profile + a job description
- If no official version is available → write the job description yourself and have the agency stamp it
Notes
If the host company changed mid-term, submit the CURRENT host's papers and explain the change in the reason section.
