What this document is
The Tokutei contract with the NEW company plus the working-conditions sheet — proving the job, salary and conditions at the place you are moving to. Without a new contract you cannot apply for the status change.
What it must show
- The Tokutei employment contract — form 1-5
- The working-conditions sheet — form 1-6 (with the wage-payment annex 1-6別紙)
- Signed by YOU
- Written in a language you understand (bilingual version)
Where to get it
The accepting company or the support organisation (登録支援機関).
How to get it
- Message the company: “Please give me a copy of the contract and working-conditions sheet.”
- Photograph every page, with the signature and seal clearly visible
- Check the company name on the contract against the fields below — copy it EXACTLY
Notes
The salary must be EQUIVALENT to a Japanese worker in the same position — Immigration checks this closely for Tokutei.
