What this document is
A bank balance certificate — proves financial capacity when you have NO salary income (in place of the income/tax certificates). Rarely used.
What it must show
- Issued by the bank, showing the balance at the time of request
- Only used when income can't be proven the usual way

The bank where you opened your account.
How to get it
- Go to the bank counter and request a balance certificate
- Say clearly you need a Japanese version to submit to the Bureau
Notes
If you already have income/tax certificates or payslips, this document is usually NOT needed.
