What it must show
- Valid original/copy
- Clearly states your MAJOR
- No Japanese translation → a Vietnamese copy is acceptable
Where to get it
The school you graduated from (in Vietnam or Japan).
How to get it
- Request the certificate + transcript from the school
- If needed: translate into Japanese + write the translator's name
Notes
Your major should relate to the job; if the major isn't stated → submit the transcript as support.
